Applications:

  • Textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, pigment, mining, ink and other industrial wastewater treatment.

  • Dye plant high chroma wastewater decolorization treatment, Applied to active, acidic and disperse dyes and other wastewater treatment.

  • The product can also be used as a reinforcing agent, sizing agent and charge neutralizer for paper making.

 

Usages:

  • Dilute the product with 10-40 times water, then add it directly to the wastewater. Stir for several minutes, followed by sedimentation or air flotation to obtain clarified decolorized liquid.
  • Adjust the wastewater pH to 6-10 prior to treatment for optimal performance.‌
  • It is recommended to use the decolorizing agent in combination with ‌Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC)‌ and ‌Polyacrylamide (PAM)‌. This enhances floc density and settling efficiency through synergistic effects, reduces decolorizer dosage, and accelerates sedimentation.‌‌
  • Before applying the decolorizing agent, ensure the wastewater pH is adjusted to 6-10. Post-stirring and coagulation, proceed with sedimentation or air flotation to achieve clarified liquid.
  • After each dosing, perform ‌rapid stirring for 1 minute‌ followed by ‌slow stirring for 30 seconds‌ to improve flocculation efficacy.‌
  • Follow the dosing sequence: ‌Decolorizing Agent → PAC → PAM‌ to ensure optimal chemical interaction and treatment outcomes.‌‌

 

Packing and storage:

  • This product is non-flammable, explosive items, should be stored at room temperature, do not be exposed to the sun.
  • This product is packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg, 50 kg, 250 kg, 1000 kg, 1250 kg IBC packaging and other specifications customized according to customer requirements.
  • If there is stratification and whitening during low temperature storage, the effect will not be affected after mixing. The recommended storage temperature is 5-30℃.
